2 day workshop in IMPROGESTALT -improvisation and Gestalt method. When we play and take risks we make mistakes and we are thrown into the now and the unknown where creative possibilities arise.
IMPROGESTALT is about playing and stretching the unpolished, spontaneous you and having fun together with others! We work with simple improvisational experiments and games and explore the comic, the fear, the dynamic and the great potential of the irrational and the unexpected.
We use structured improvisation, Theatre Games by V Spolin, to train improvisational skills and Gestalt method to deepen the work with presence and our authentic, spontaneous being. The playful approach makes it possible to work with the power and fun in making mistakes and fully embrace them as part of being creative.
To seriously play and have fun is in itself strengthening and healing!
