Attachment, simple and complex trauma can have an impact not only on the brain,but also onthe personalitydevelopmentof humanbeings. In recent years, there has been a growing consensus within the scientific community on the importance of the connections between attachment, trauma,personalitydevelopmentandpathology. Additionally, thanks to some major advances in all these therapies, the latter have proved – and keep on proving – to be effective in the treatment of attachment disorders and traumas. Besides this, a large number of studies aimed at evaluating the most important and effective aspects of both trauma therapies and the treatment of personality disorders have beenrecently carriedout. The most leading experts in all these fields will gather in London to share their vast knowledge about attachment, trauma, personality developmentandpsychotherapy.
